Just wanted to let you all know that we've made our second flavor of sauerkraut at the Raisin Farm: lemon dill. Ymmmmm. I'm alsways up for dill. Especially now that I eat free range SAUSAGE!

I want a recipe for lemon dill kraut! sounds yummy. Unfortunately Shawn isn't a lover of the kraut but maybe it's because he hasn't had the right kind yet. I'm new to this tribe, having joined after our brussels sprouts starts grew up to be....cabbage! As this is my first year pickling and canning, sauerkraut is the obvious starting point.
